Pitel Connect for Bitrix24 (PC4B) is a Bitrix24 app that allows Inbound and Outbound calls to be made directly from Bitrix through the Pitel PBX. Make a call directly from Bitrix24 to a customer’s phone number (From Bitrix web, Bitrix Mobile, Softphone) Calling from outside to Bitrix user. PC4B automatically performs the following task:
Create a lead (if it doesn’t already exist)
Record the call history (CDR)
Attach the call recording to Bitrix

Pitel Connect for Bitrix24 (PC4B) là một Bitrix24 app cho phép thực hiện cuộc gọi vào và ra (Inbound, Outbound) trực tiếp từ Bitrix24 thông qua tổng đài Pitel. PC4B tự động thực hiện các tác vụ: Tạo lead (nếu chưa có) Ghi nhận lịch sử cuộc gọi (CDR) Đính kèm ghi âm cuộc gọi lên Bitrix24
CÀI ĐẶT
Để có thể cài đặt ứng dụng và sử dụng các tính năng Telephony trên Bitrix24, tài khoản Bitrix24 của bạn phải là tài khoản trả phí (hoặc dùng thử). Xem hướng dẫn kích hoạt dùng thử

Sau khi ứng dụng được cài đặt thành công sẽ tự động mở giao diện cài đặt
▸ Chọn nhân viên chịu trách nhiệm mặc định. Nhân viên này được gán trong trường hợp không tìm thấy bất kì nhân viên nào từ thông tin cuộc gọi. ▸ Nhập API URL: https://pitel04-api.tel4vn.com ▸ Nhập API KEY: là giá trị ở đã copy ở bước Tạo Pitel API Key. ▸ Nếu cần tạo các leads có cùng số điện thoại cho các nhân viên chịu trách nhiệm khác nhau, hãy chọn "Tạo leads cho người chịu trách nhiệm riêng biệt".

Cài đặt thông qua App Test
Trong trường hợp chưa thể cài đặt Pitel Connect từ Market, hãy liên hệ với team qua sales@tel4vn.com và gửi tên miền Bitrix24 đang sử dụng để được hỗ trợ cài đặt.
Vào Ứng dụng > Market, tìm Pitel Connect
Click "Cài đặt" để bắt đầu
Chấp nhận chính sách và nhấn Cài đặt

Pitel Connect dựa trên số nội bộ để xác định nhân viên chịu trách nhiệm của leads được tạo ra. Hãy đảm bảo số nội chính xác giữa Bitrix24 và hệ thống Pitel.
Copy giá trị API KEY, hoặc nhấn nút Generate để tạo mới.
Giá trị API KEY sẽ được sử dụng để cấu hình Pitel Connect ở bước tiếp theo.
Truớc khi cấu hình ứng dụng Pitel Connect trên Bitrix24, bạn cần tạo API key từ Pitel.
Install via Test App
If you cannot install Pitel Connect from the Market, please contact our team via sales@tel4vn.com and send the domain of your Bitrix24 to get support for installation.
Go to Applications > Market and search for Pitel Connect.
Click "Install" to start.
Accept the policy and click Install.
To install an app from Market or using Telephony feature, you must have a paid or trial Bitrix24 account. You can active your trial follow guide

Ensure that the extension matches accurately with the Pitel system.
After the app is successfully installed, the setup interface will automatically open.
▸ Select the default responsible employee. This employee will be assigned if no other employee is found based on the call information. ▸ Input API URL: https://pitel04-api.tel4vn.com ▸Input API KEY: the value you copy from step Obtain Pitel API Key. ▸ If you need to create leads with the same phone number for different responsible user, select "Create leads for separated responsible".
Click Save changes to save the information.
Find and select Telephony from search.
Click "Configurate Telephony" and select “Telephony Settings”
Choose the following information:
Set Up Extension Numbers for Bitrix Users
On the Telephony page, select "Telephony Users"
Choose the user and assign an extension number to them.
Copy the API KEY value or click generate button to obtain a new one.
API KEY value will be use to config Pitel Connect app in next step.
Before going to configure Pitel Connect App, you need to obtain the API key from Pitel.
Keep this API KEY value safe and secure.

The Recording feature of Bitrix requires uploading the recording file. This means that the recording file will be duplicated between Bitrix and Pitel in this solution.

Confirm that extensions have been created in the PBX and correctly assigned to Bitrix users.

Verify that Pitel allows inbound and outbound calls.

Ensure that the SIP account is logged in to the softphone.

Tính năng Recording của Bitrix bắt buộc upload file recording. Có nghĩa là file ghi âm sẽ trùng lặp giữa Bitrix và Pitel trong giải pháp này.
