To this extent, no user information is collected except when necessary for using a specific feature of our products and is never shared with any third parties. Contacts Usage

This part of the privacy statement describes how Pitel Connect collects and uses the contact information you provide by granting the contacts access permission in the Pitel Connect applications. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your information and how you can access and update this information. 

We need your contact information to help user can make VoIP Call from Pitel Connect.

We ask contact permission because we need the number and contact name for information call. We don't store anything.

We access the following personal information from your address book:

     Contacts’ names (first and last).
     Contacts’ phone number.

Pitel Connect will helps you to make free calls and enjoy seamless communication with other users with SIP accounts.

Images, Photos and Videos Usage

This part of the privacy statement describes how Pitel Connect uses the photos information you provide by granting the Images, photos and videos access permission in the Pitel Connect applications.

We will only use your Image information to help you sign in with a Qr Code using an Images, photos from your Gallery.

Location Information Usage

This part of the privacy statement describes how Pitel Connect uses the location information you provide by granting the Location access permission in the Pitel Connect applications.

We will only use your Location information to help you share information with your friends and optimize your search experience.

Mobile App Analytics Usage

Pitel Connect may collect aggregate data that no longer identifies individual users for purposes of usage and performance analysis. This may include diagnostic data such as screen view counts or crash information.

Troubleshooting Logs Usage

For the sole purpose of troubleshooting, Pitel Connect might ask users to provide debug logs from the Application.

The debug logs contain full network traffic information for application provisioning, calls, messaging and other network in-app events generated by user activity.

We take commercially reasonable measures and follow generally accepted standards to protect the information you provide us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
