The customer submits a request or has a problem that needs assistance.
2. Support Center
Requests from customers are sent to the relevant departments.
3. Ticket Manage
Requests from customers are recorded as “tickets” in the management system.
4. Distribute and process requests
– Simple requests are forwarded to the Customer Service Department for assistance.
– Complex requests or problems are referred to the Engineering Department
5. Customer Reviews
Once the request is processed, the feedback will be sent back to the customer through the support center.
